We custom-build new construction based on what you want in your new home. Brian has personally framed over 150 new homes and has years of experience in working with subcontractors. We have also been through the home-building process ourselves, so we have seen the process from both sides. Therefore, we are able to easily help you through the decision-making process by examining everything from both a builder's perspective and that of a homeowner.

Bring in your own plan.
House plans are available for purchase in books, online, and through direct consultation with architects. Zaruba Construciton is happy to give you a bid on a plan you find through any of these means.

Get exactly what you want
Sometimes renovating a house just isn't enough -- after living in a work-in-progress, you still may not end up with your dream house. By the time you add renovation costs to the cost of the home purchase (whether you bought the house several years ago or are just considering the purchase), building a new home may actually be the more economical option.
